Q: What kind of items does your store sell?
A: We sell gently used & reusable clothes and household items.
Q: What does “gently used and reusable” mean?
A: We hand select each item that goes onto our selling floor to make sure it is suitable for reuse and meets our quality and cleanliness standards. Between one-half to two-thirds of the used merchandise we acquire does not meet our standards and we try to find other ways for this merchandise to be reused and recycled.
Q: How do you get the products you sell?
A: We buy a large portion of our merchandise from local and national charities that fundraise through clothing & household item donation programs. By purchasing merchandise from our charity partners and vendors, we are able to provide them with a critical revenue stream with which to fund their charitable programs and operating costs.
Q: How often do the products in your store change?
A: Each and every store in our chain processes and sells thousands of new items each week. This keeps the store merchandise fresh and provides a fun “treasure-hunting” experience that changes almost daily, along with our merchandise! To stay on top of the constant and consistent changes to the assortment, many of our customers make numerous visits every week to make sure they don’t miss out on the perfect treasure or bargain.

Q: Do you accept donations of clothing and household items?
A: Yes, we accept donations of gently used clothes and reusable household items at all of our stores on behalf of the charity vendors from whom we buy our merchandise. If you would like to make a donation, please click here to review your donating options.

Q: Do any of your items ever go “On Sale”?
A: Yes. We have so much great stuff to put on our sales floor, we need to keep the merchandise moving. So, EVERY MONDAY you can expect to find a SIGNIFICANT SALE on EVERY ITEM at each of our stores. Be sure to come early on Mondays, as our sales are PRETTY POPULAR!
